Vtech - do not buy from this company!

I ordered a phone, and needless to say tried to cancel the order about 15 minutes after it was placed and it took over an hour on the phone 45 minutes of it was spent on hold. They do not handle that kind of request, so I told them I wanted to speak to a supervisor and of course there wasn't anyone to speak too. But Maryanne assured me someone would contact me in an hour. That NEVER happened. She also stated that if I didn't hear back from them in an hour someone would contact me in 24 hrs. Guess what that NEVER happened.

I sent numerous emails that stated they would send my request to the cancellation department. Trust me when I tell you this is the most ridiculous company I have ever dealt with I truly mean it. She stated I would get an email conformation about the delivery and that if I don't want the package delivered then I needed to call UPS with the tracking number and tell them not the deliver the package. It has been 4 days no email, no call and they charged my card.

I am currently sitting on hold with this company now since 6:30pm EST and not one sole has picked up the phone. It is now 7:38pm Do NOT under any circumstances buy from this company. I will also be filing a complaint with the BBB. When I'm done here.

Fair warning you will not be able to speak to a person at this company I will be calling their headquarters ALL day Monday the 15 of December.
