Majic Jack Broke within one week Choppy calls will not refund Internet nationwide

I purchased my majic jack received it and used it sparingly for one week. WHERE it then broke. NOT jsut stopped working but the plastic prong that goes into your computer broke in TWO!

I have tried to contact te company and the only way to do so is through live Chat. That is a total JOKE.

The agent says well we might as well try and fix it. I had asked for a replacement. I told her good luck because unless you wanted me to super glue it together that it was broken. Dead. Her response was well we don't do replacements for items that were damaged on your end. EXCUSE ME??? The piece of carp was 7 days OLD! YOU are telling ME that I can not have a replacement for something that has a 30 money back guarantee? OMG

So now I am out the money that I didn't have to just throw away.

I want to warn anyone and everyone to NOT get a Majic Jack. The item itself is a piece of junk and will break. The calls are shoddy. They break up and you hear every other word. YOUR callers will complain about static. It is NOT worth it! RUN far far away. I will be contacting everyone that I can possibly think of.
