I own a Krups XP2010 coffee/expresso machine for six months. It stopped brewing. Company refuses to replace, even though warranty is for one year. They wanted me to send it to a sub-contractor service company and I would have to pay shipping costs approx. $30.00. Do not buy from this company and save your money.
