The company defrauded me out of $ 201.71
The company shipped me a defective product and refuses to issue me credit for it unless I pay to ship it back to them and pay for the shipping charges for them to ship the defective unit to me.
While I have NO problem paying for an operational item I simply refuses to to pay to ship junk back and forth across the country.
I willingly paid rush shipping for a functional item.instead I got a non functional item for $155.71 plus $ 17.16 for shipping to me for an invoice total of $ 172.87. I was advised by IMPACT if I did not ship it back ASAP they would not accept the return at all so I had to return it for at a cost of $28.84 DHL Waybill 22347493851
They are using an unconscionable commercial practice to defraud consumers.
