Hi all. I bought one of their chrismas trees and it broke and they do not want to help. All i want is to replace my christmas tree light remote and what i got is a run around. So, i say don't buy any products from gemmy industries, (i repeat: do not buy products from gemmy industries). My first and last time i will. Their operator is rude and will not help you. I'm going to try their e-mail addy again and see what happens. But it looks like i won't have lights for my tree. I'll let you know what happens soon to see if i get anyware with them, ya right lol. Thanks all.
