No customer service works half the time phone, digital phone, internet phone

When i ordered my magic jack. First of all the took more money out of my bank account than they should have. Then they wouldnt let me tlak to a live rep wheni called to complain. The magic jack doesnt work half the time andthe 911 feature wont work at all. We had an emergency and tried to call 911 and couldnt get get through. Nto only that but the call forwarding feature is useless and doesnt work and the magic jack itself is malfunctioning more than it is functioning. Customer service is horrible. (sorry for the caps,) but when you talk to a live person they sometimes wont even help to resolve the trouble.

There is no customer service NUMBER to CALL and it seems the company is reluctlant to take returns. The sound quality is broken often, and sometimes you can even receive or make calls. The updates you download YOURSELf ont he site rarely work. And the person at the other end of the phone can hadrly make out what you saying because the sound is either broken up or too low.
