Washer is only 3 and half years old high speed bearin is gone... This is on the Neptune model #mah5500bww, serial #b2216129et. Have talked to the people at maytag they only wanted to give 15% on cost of bearin, but bearin is built in to a 400.00 tub. New part and labor was going to cost me as much as I paid for the washer. Have noticed that there are other complaints on the Neptune... These date back to 2005.. At time of purchase was told that this was the top of the line... Yeah right...
