Maytag neptune front loader
High spin bearing

Purchased my neptune front loader. Model #mah5500bww in March.. Had to have it repaired with a new brain board 2 weeks after purchase now the high spin bearing is going, ; was told it would cost 700.00 to have it repaired. That is about as much as I payed for it. Was told that Maytag would give either 15% off of a new one or 1/2 half off of the defected part if I got it repaired... Still leaving me a total of the balance to pay. This machine is a lemon and I feel like that it should have never been sold till all the kinks were ironed out. I am retired and live on a fixed income. With every thing else going up don't know what people like us is going to do. I don't have the funds now to buy a new one ; also with the drought I have had to have a new well drilled so was happy to hear that this washer was suppose to save me water that is why I purchased it..
