Incompatible battery

I ordered a cellphone battery that they recommended for my LG VX8350 and the display reads "use genuine battery -power off - quot;. They really overcharged for shipping, which is non-refundable, and they only give store credit for returns. I will never shop here again, and hope noone else does either.
