I ordered my replacement battery and antenna on Dec 30, with priority mail. It is now Jan 14th and I still do not have a replacement battery. They sent the incorrect battery the first time. After several stall tactics, like please verify your shipping address, etc. I finally got them to send another battery... incorrect battery again. I called to speak with them and they are totally out of it. Maybe on dope or something. I explained what I needed a 3rd time and was advised that all I could do now was send my two batteries back and they would credit me... Sad excuse for a business. They did not want to even talk about it... Do not order from this company!!!
