Notice delivered Certified Mail on October 19 to Westcoast Key Fix detailing the actions I required to solve specialists error. Had a need to find alternate property (local pet-friendly resort) because of temperatures hitting 90'c. Westcoast Key Fix extended repairing their error and after fourteen days waiting, the specialist eliminated the wrong motor and reinstalled unique (low-operating) engine. Additionally in the preliminary visit, the specialist insisted the system be changed - at a price of $5400, subsequently decreased the cost to $2300, and after my decrease, agreed to substitute the engine at a price of $775. Once the specialist recognized his error, I had been billed $175. The $175 charge contains an inappropriate mounted engine as well as their $55 service cost. I settled the reported quantity and instantly approached Paul at Westcoast Key Fix. After acquiring two individual views from HVAC experts, I advised Paul of the results and he agreed to change the engine.
