Nu Way Auto Dismantling
Gary Defective used Engine sold under premise of good engine

Cars & Transport

Nu way Auto Dismantling sells a defective engine out of a 7 series BMW that was claimed to have had less than 50K. Engine was installed and check engine light refused to go off. I had the vehicle services and diagnosed by another BMW specialist that said, there are missing hardwares, incorrect re-assembly, faulty issues with used engine. Can not warrantied and oil leak was inevitable.

Contacted NuWay and they refused to resolve problem. I indicated to them that the engine was sold under false premise and that although he would ultimately be liable for the cost of changing engine, even with his disclaimer of "AS IS" in California, he refused to resolve matter.

I am now forced to take his company to court to get reimbursed for my engine and money allocated to diagnosing his errors.
