Z2100 printer will not print what they stated in advertisments

HP Z2100 Designjet printer will not print longer than 129 inches. Their own website has the specs that stated it would print up to 300 feet. They will not confess up that their printer needs a new driver... Nor will they supply me with an added program to fix it (Which they have). They try to tell me that is is dependent upon the OS system and application (Their way out of it) but the HP site that I looked at for the specs did not say that (Look Below). When this first started... I was online and on phone with the usual foreign speaking people for at least 6 hours trying this and trying that to solve the problem. What a waste of time!!! HP SUPPORT is terrible. All they had to do is either fix the driver or forward me a copy of their RIP program and this would have gone away.
