I placed several electronics orders with Lela Yvonne Garner, paid her for the orders, and instead of receiving the products, all I received were lies, excuses, fake bank statements, fake shipping recipts, etc. This person is calculating and dangerous, and needs to be stopped by the authorities. She knows what she is doing, and continues to do it, and brags about knowing what the authorities will and will not investigate, so she is not worried about being prosecuted. She says even if she is taken to court, she knows how to get around paying one cent, as she has done it in the past. I have never met anyone who could make up such "believable" lies, just off the cuff, in full story form. She has said that she actually shipped most of the products, but, somehow, they all get lost in the mail, and she has you believing that she is investigating the lost shipments with the shipping company, when, in reality, she never shipped at all. I have spent so much time trying to locate what she said was lost shipping, myself, only to find out that the goods were never shipped in the first place. I do believe she has the money to refund everyone she ripped off from me, but, she has no intention or desire to do so, as her intent from the beginning was to steal. She owns her own home, is single, received a good disability retirement from AT&T, and she still works full time in ITT. I see no reason why she cannot pay if she wanted to. I am fighting for the buyers who put their trust in me, and from whom she stole their money, flat out, without any remorse whatsoever. I have contacted the authorities on this, so if there are any other people who have been scammed by this lady, please contact me, so that we can build a strong case. She stole over $30,000 from my buyers.
