SWITCH: On Oct. 27, I received a phone message at work (they looked it up on the internet... I didn't give it to them)
that says i need to call them to confirm my order. I return the call to a man who said his name was Ken, representing PhotoDynasty. He stated that the projector I ordered will not come with a bulb unless i pay more, and that this error is my error.
I told him I would have to look at my records at home and he proceeded to tell me that there is no need just pay more money. I told him I would like to cancel my order, and he said i couldn't unless i pay another charge because the item has already been shipped.
