Garmin GPS 72 order not shipped and I have never been contacted

My order was a Garmin GPS 72. The order was placed in Augusti/ September. The order was placed over the internet. I got an answer back, shipping next day.
Did never receive any items or never heard of any delays from the company.
I called the number on the homepage, and the automatic message was "no service attached to this number..."
I send E-mails to query, but never recived any answers.
