MTNStore Warning! Don't get taken

Ordered item on July paid with paypal, MTN delayed shipment after promised to ship in 10 days. I cancelled the order early August, MTN promised refund within 30 days. After 29 th days and lots of calls and emails, finally MTN email said refund rescheduled on September 30th. It's a way to delay you so missed the PayPal deadline to file the dispute (45days after payment). I missed a few days and Pay Pal refused to open the case due to deadline. Luckily I paid Paypal with my credit card and I was able to file a charged back with my credit card company and finally received my credit after 2 and half months of fight! Think twice before you do business with MTN.
