Sold me an item they do not have. Took my money, promised me 10 day shipping, its been 3 weeks, nothing has shipped

MTNStore.com seels items they do not have.

I bought a single speaker cable from them. Price, 79 bucks. When i oredered over the phone, i was told 10 days shipping. The order was placed on May 1.

Today is the 19th and they have taken my money, but not shipped the item. I have called, left numerous voice mails to call me back and have not received anything from them. I did get through on the phone last friday and was told they item had not shipped and no further information was available. At that time i told them to either provide me shipping confirmation and tracking information by monday the 19th (today). I got nothing from them, no calls or emails of any kind.

In my opinion, this is a fradulent business stealing my money, selling items they do not have. I wold strongly recommend againt not shopping at MTNStore.com. I will be reporting them to my credit card as a fraudulent merchant.

Perhaps at the least their merchant fees will go up. Either way i aint doing business with that lot. Bottom line, if you aint got it, dont try to sell it.
