I sent three used cell phones to this outfit after checking their value on their web site. The total came to $52.48. I sent the phones and have heard absolutely nothing, nor do I expect to. These dudes are crooks scamming the unsuspecting on their web site. My only suggestion to anyone else is to do what I have done, report as much about them as you know to the office of the California Attorney General. Maybe they can help put them away for a while. Avoid them at all costs. They are frauds!
