I sent my 2 phones to flipswap.com. Both in perfect condition and barely used. I received an email that the phone had a broken hinge and I would be getting nothing. The phone did not have a broken hinge and I find it hard to belive that the hinge could get broken during shipping, especially since I wrapped the phones in bubble wrap as per their instructions. This seems like a real scam. Those phones were hardly used. There is no way they had broken hinges. Beware of sending them your phones unless you are ready to get nothing for them.
