Do not use this company! Fraudulent internet company appears very legit, their online site is professional. I sent in 8 phones in one package all according to their instructions. It took them nearly three weeks to relay that they even received the package. It took another week for them to 'inspect' 4 out of the 8 phones. Coincidently they inspected only the phones that had little to no value. The other phones, which had a pre-inspection value based on my filling out the questioniare per phone, of about $100.

I have had no word in the past 8 or 9 days regarding the inspection of the remaining phones, even after having sent them 2 emails. There is no phone number listed on their site, nor an address. It took me awhile to find the one complaint against them online, and therefore felt that they would honor their statements.

Alas! I feel that I not only will not hear from them again, nor will I ever receive a check from them for the $126 value of the 8 phones they initially quoted. I am stung!

After a full month, they did not reply to emails, did not pay any of the quoted value, in full or in part. Did not pay me one cent, will not return phones, will not pay. I got nothin'!! Do not use this company. Sell your used equipment via ebay or recycle them thru your cell provider. At least you won't get ripped off!!!
