Will not return your refund internet

I purchased a bluetooth from this company believing it was a good deal. When it arrived weeks later, the item was defective straight from the box. I returned it and was told I would be refunded minus the shipping cost.

It is now weeks later and after numerous attempts to get my money back, they continue to claim that they already refunded it and it was not their fault but my bank's. Of course no way that it was sent to my account for it was an error on their part. They refuse to believe me and send me e-mails telling me the same thing. We have already refunded your money, check the bank.

It is obvious that these people has poor customer service and they hardly even speak english! If they spoke spanish I could understand them also but I think they are just incompetent and extremely rude when you ask to speak to a supervisor. They will hang up on you if you complain about it. They simply took my money and never even offered another item at the same price. Cell phone shop is a rip-off.
