Not happy

I ordered a bluetooth headset on the 29th of august. Two weeks later I called the told me it was not schedualed to ship till the 11th of september. I asked why they can't ship it till then. They told me it was on back order. I asked them to expedite it they said it would be to me on the 12th of september. It is now the 17th and have not recieved it yet. They will not answer there phones or respond to an e-mail.
