On August 5th I ordered a part for my murray lawn mower online through outdoor distributors website. As with some of the other complaints, my credit card was immediately charged. I waited until September 3rd before calling to check on the part. I waited for almost half an hour to be helped after calling back a second time. I was informed that I went to the back of the line on response time and could expect to wait for another 15 minutes.
When I finally got answered, I was told that there was a computer glitch and that I should give them another week to find and ship my part. I figured another week would not hurt since I had to get another mower to cut the lawn. I called back on September 11th and was told the part was not in and that they didn't know when it would ship.
I asked that the order be cancelled and that my credit card be reimbursed. We will see if they credit my account in 7 days.
I will never order form Outdoor Distributors again.
