Can not contact to return order, order arrived incorrect, phone number mail box full

I placed an order with vibelights, it arrived incorrect and after a few hours the product failed. I emailed promptly and called but the phone number voice mail box was and still is full, there was no email reply and no return address for sending product back. A thorough internet search retrieved nothing, a call to the post office resulted in no help in finding a return address, posting on internet sites where people have done business with them returns no contact information, fighting the credit card bill results in my still in possession of the product meaning it cant be disputed.
They have come up with the perfect scam.

Their return policy is within 5 days of receiving the order yet there is no return address on the packaging and no place to find the address. No answer to emails and no phone contact.

Since I haven't been able to return the product I cant dispute the bill.

If the credit card company files a claim, they say that in contacting the company, the company will say that they haven't received return of the product which they haven't because THERE IS NO ADDRESS TO SEND IT TO.
My only hope is to find a sympathetic credit card representative who will file the claim and fight it.
The only address is vibelights.com orange, ca
no zip and nothing else.

If anyone knows of the address, I would like to send this back.

And get full credit for this seriously defunct product.
