Defective Trane HVAC

We bought a Trane HVAC At Home Site (they contracted-out with Benefit Atmosphere) on July 14th. It's been dripping for more than 2 weeks and today we've water damage in addition to form. The A/D included two faulty components. Benefit atmosphere continues to be out over five occasions and homedepot continues to be out twice.

We're caught with this specific faulty A/D with no one is taking responsibility for something.

Homedepot told us Fri that they can look after the water damage only when we maintain the faulty Trane A/D from Edge Atmosphere.
