Beware. Will not stand behind product fast easy buck does not know what he is doing

Purchased this security camera from a Active Electronic Services Osceola, IA we were his first residental customers and was using us as experimental so he was not going to charge labor... Besides I did all the labor climbing in the attic and all. He had me install wrong size wire, he told my wife he thought he gave me too light of a wire but he didn't know for sure. So this lasted a few short months hardware started ringing, my internet connection was messed up all the time. I had to disconnect the system so I could have internet. This person did not supply any manual or trouble shooting guides (which he faithly promised) with his product so were unable to fix the problem ourselves. We called, requested for months for him to come look at the system... Never did... Very lazy wants a fast easy buck. Since we were his experimental customers and he was using us to experiment why wouldn't he want to come and see what he did wrong so he could learn from his mistakes. He is now making false statements with the BBB we did not want to pay for his service to come fix the camera. There was never any discussion about paying for labor besides if we were his experimental guinea pigs why would he charge? We are now stuck w/a 670.00 equipment we know nothing about and not being able to use. This guy uses every kind of excuse including his family not to stand behind his product. He is very lazy, wants to take your money and does not know what he is doing. Please do not buy any thing from him. He is selling his equipment on the internet please beware... He will not stand behind his products.
