Beware of AT&T Wireless

I purchased a phone through AT&T on April 11th for me and my Husband and we ended up not liking the service so we canceled it 18 days latter... We had to pay a $300.00 deposit for the phones...

We have had to call AT&T 3 times to figure out why we have not received are deposit back since we canceled with in 30 days... The first person we talked to said that they should be here in 6 to 8 weeks... So we waited and it still did not come so i called back and that lady said that they have not even put in for the deposits.

So she had to go talk to her manager and they said they got it all figured out and we should have are $300.00 by Sep 4... So Sep 4th goes by and i call them for the third time and get the ring around and know the person i spoke with 2day said that we are only going to get back $150.00 because we owed them money for the time that we had the phones... Which is BS because i never once got a bill from them... So for anyone that is going to go through AT&T Beware that are a ripe off and they try to keep your deposit and add things to your bill that you never even said you wanted or asked for or they don't give you the whole deposit. Don't go through AT&T in less you want to get riped off.
