Technoscout.com Makes You Suffer For Their Error!

In January I order the Hollywood Diet from Technoscout.com, I was told by Customer Service that I could receive a discount if I took the auto ship plan and that EVERY 4 MONTHS the product would automatically ship at a cost of $99.95. It was a great deal so I jumped on it.

On February 11th I tried to pay for dinner for my family, my daughter was here visiting from Alaska and my charge card rejected. As I investigated I found out it was a charge
stemming from Technoscout.com.

My first question was "WHY?" I called and complained that the order is not due to ship for 3 more months. The female who answered the phone said it was a Technoscout error and GUARANTEED me that the order would not be processed and would not ship.

On Thursday, February 14th the charge came through. When I called customer service once again they apologized and said the order shipped anyways on the 13th, she told me she would PROCESS MY CREDIT IMMEDIATELY AND WHEN I RECEIVED THE ORDER SIMPLY TO
REJECT IT! The order was refused the following day when UPS attempted delivery.

Monday, February 19th I still had not received my PROMISED credit. I called only to be told no credit could be issued till the product was received back into the warehouse. I was upset and felt misled but I waited.

The following WEEK still no credit was issued and I was told the Customer Service Rep checked and found out it WAS returned to the warehouse and I would have my credit in 24 hours. Still NO CREDIT!!! I have made many many calls to this company, sent emails that are not returned, I have asked for supervisors, to be given their voice mails and the calls are not returned.

I have gone on line to that sorry excuse for a chat which seldom comes up and still I have received no credit. Each Customer Service rep you talk to tells you something different.

Today is March 4th and I have yet to receive my $99.95 back from Technoscout. I will not forget this whole experience. I have
canceled any future orders and will not do business with them again. I am a single Mother and $99.95 is a great deal of money for COMPANY ERROR!!! Don't let big companies like this get away with doing fraudulent activities. It's
your money, not theirs. REPORT them!!!
