Office max as a company it total Sxxx! I bought a chair on black tuesday, and i purchased the warranty as well. After 1 week the chair was falling apart. So i returned and got another. Guess what? 2 weeks later that piece of shit fell apart as well.

Since then i tried to return it and they wouldnt take it since they dont sell that chair anymore! They were clearancing it out since they KNEW they were shit!

They told me to call a number about getting a refund, i ended up being redirected about 5 times, before finally a "manager" told me he would send me the refund in the mail.

Never recieved it and i was not able to get ahold of anyone again!

The physical store locations are about as worthless as a sack of shit hanging from an elephants penis.
