Eden pure rip off! Toledo

I bought a heater $397, never got it, was billed on my credit card, disputed the charges was credited by my credit card then suddenly 3 months later I got a USED banged up non working heater that was obviously a return from another customer (it had a soda can ring on the top)... They were supposed to send me a return shipping UPS slip, they never did.

It is $65 to send it back... Meanwhile now that they had "proof" that I recieved a heater my credit card was RECHARGED! The bank sez too much time has passed and you have to take them to small claims court. I am in California, it would cost more to fly to Ohio than the heater cost. If you google their name you will see many many people who have been scammed by this company. I am also filing with the Federal Trade Commission against them
