Rebates were processed correctly and validated by the rebate ceter of Fujitronic, but they keep postponing one thing or another... The emails correspondance between us is as follows:

I would like to check my rebates stautus for #10093 and #10094 since I was told to check the status at the end of April and then 3 weeks after April 23 again. So would you like to tell me my rebates are ready or not? If not, could you give me an exact date that I can get those rebate checks. I did submit those rebates on Jan 22, it takes almost 4 months to process the check without an exact date, sounds ridiculous. Please let me know as soon as possible.

Both offers were just processed a few days ago and were both qualified. Please allow about 5-6 weeks for these checks to get mailed out.

I kept up my end of the bargain by properly alerting the proper department of this matter. Due to some issues with the print machine, it has created a back log of checks awaiting printing. We'll do our best to honor these rebates in some sort of a timely fashion. Thanks for waiting!

Do you have any news about my rebate checks? Please let me know if possible. I am still waiting for your reply since I have been waiting for more than half year.

Then I did call 626-581-9887 on 7-18 and talked with the customer representative named ULMAR, he checked my emails and promised me that he would follow up those checks and I will get it after 2 weeks which is on 8-1. But they never reply any calls or emails after one weeks.
