Had refrigerator problems and saw them online. I called and asked if they serviced my area, and the man said yes. He told me to expect a $200 bill if he came out.

I agreed and set the appointment for 1.5 hours later. He called me back 30 minutes later and said I am not driving out to see you, too far, and hung up the phone. When I called him back to ask why he agreed to come in the first place, he hung up on me again.

Very unprofessional, dont waste your time or money.
