Strongarm tactics by a company who doesn't take no for an answe

I blieve this company mortgage invesotrs is a ripoff. For exmple, they called me last year in 2009 and asked if I could give them 15 minutes of their time. Well, that 15 minutes turned into around 1 and a half hours.
They started off telling me about their company and how they have helped thousands of vets. I listened but didn't like what I was hearing, but decided to go along with them anyhow.
The rep asked me for a check for a down payment, and I couldn't figure this out, so he contacted his supervisor and I talked to the supervisor and he agreed to $150.00. After a few weeks they called me up and said they couldn't do business with me.

Now to March they have been calling 3 to 4 times a day for the last 30 days. When I talk to them the rep says we are just asking for 15 minutes of your time. When I say I don't want to do this they say well wouldn't you want to save alot of money.
They also say why don't you want to do this? You will save lots of money, How about if we send out a rep. I talked to them for about 30 minutes, and the lady wouldn't take no for an answer. So I finally agreed to another meeting, but cancelled the next day.
When I cancelled, the rep said well let me get you to someone who can help. I hung up on them. Now March 17th, they called 2 times today. They won't leave me alone and their rates are not as good as they appear to be.
This company gives mortgage companies a very bad name.
