Inaccurate billing, Removed 600.43 from my account Greenwood Village Colorado

I signed up with Direct Tv in July.in Sept. My bills starting charging me for the 90 promotional movie channels that I had. I called to pay my bill and it was elevated with the cost of the movie channels. I had a 3.99 charge on the bill for a Access magazine. I requested that it not be sent to me again and not be on any of my bills (I found it to be a waste of paper). I still continued to get the magazine, oh yeah and the 3.99 was still on the bill. I was billed for movie channels every month. I would call Direct Tv on a monthly basis. Spend approximately 30 minutes on the phone with them to get my bill straightened and make a payment.

On July 16th I received an email that stated I was disconnected. I called them to ask why and they said I owed 280.00. I said no it should be 210.00 at the most. If you can get it accurate I want to pay. I spent 90 minutes on the phone for nobody to be able to tell me how much I owed. I hung up. Called the next day to have it gone through with someone else and they were not able to help. Only 30 minutes this time. I let it go. On friday I got home to find two boxes at my door. No label nothing. I assumed they were from direct tv. On monday directtv pulled 600.48 out of my bank account for past due account balance and equipment. I guess when you get those boxes you are supposed to load them right then and not let the fedex guy leave.

Here is the best part. I called them on Tues. July 22nd to find out that if I send the equipment back I will get my money returned... in 8 weeks!!! So thinking about a loophole I asked what about if I reconnect? Well since they have my money they can do that. Now I only have to wait 72 hours for my account to update and then another 8-10 days for the over 300.00 equipment fees of mine that they have. Is this right?
