Ordered 4 SED Winged C 6L6 tubes for $20per and they did not process my order, then raised price to $35per tube

I ordered 4 vacuum tubes, SED Winged 6L6s at $20 per tube and my order was confirmed but they never processed the order and never told me they had not. I waited over a week for them only to discover they didn't even transact my purchase after having signed off on a no warranty coverage and telling them I was using them in a Peavy 5150 Amplifier.

Upon discovery of this I went to the web site only to find out that they had raised the price to $35 dollars a tube, much more than the industry standard. The problem I have with this is that I needed the tubes and was told they had been shipped. Seems they discovered that musicians love these tubes, so they jacked up the price and killed my order.

I do not know if this constitutes a rip off but it sure feels like one and I have waisted time on this outfit. If I had known what they did I could have used another company and had my primary amplifier ready to go.
