I ordered 5 tubes of "Earth Therapuetics-AntiStress Mind Repair Massage Cream. I received 3 tubes which were defective, and was billed for all 5 plus shipping. I was directed to return the 3 defective tubes by the company. I received a refund for the 2 tubes that were not shipped, but not the 3 defective tubes. I requested a full refund but have not received it.
