I ordered some amp tubes from this company. The tubes were supposed to be matched but when I tried them out in my amp they sounded funny... Weak and a bit distorted. I contacted Doug Head who was not interested in hearing from me. He stalled me until I finally requested a return for exchange after 14 days. Then he said it was too late to return the tubes. A waste of $32 plus shipping. I will never order from this company again
