Computer Repair Took 11 Days Without Success, Fixed Elsewhere in One Hour

This is the 2nd time in 3 yrs I brought my computer back to Conns to fix (I bought it at Conns). 1st time took 6 days this time it was 11 days and they still haven't fixed, so I went 30 miles picked it up brought it to another place (dr. Pc) and was fixed in one hour and half the price. Oh and they had no record of a deposit which I produced my copy of it and of course it'll take 2 weeks for me to get my money back, but they sure wanted my money before they would even look at it and they didn't even do that in 11 days.
