The device I ordered from this company didn't work

I found this product through an internet search. According to the advertisement, it was a cable descrambler box that was supposed to give me descrambled cable provided I had a cable subscription and permission to use such a device from the cable company (this is listed in the company's FAQ). However, when I received the box, there were no instructions for how to operate the machine.

After doing some research, I determined that this machine is not even sold in the US but is apparently a japanese model (Scientific Atlanta's Explorer 8200HDJ). There was no card issued with this unit and every effort failed to produce working results. Most importantlywhen I contacted the company to have my money refunded, they told me send to the unit back and would refund my money within 15 days. My money never came back. Do not do business with Info Net Products! They are an absolute ripoff.
