TOTAL SCAM
This company needs to be investigated by the district attorney.
Here is how they operate
1. Advertise products they do not stock.
2. Make a customer submit an order and sell them a different product convincing that its a newer and better product.
3. Charge the credit card and tell the customer the order is shipped
4. NO TRACKING NUMBER PROVIDED saying its free shipping cant provide tracking.
5. Customer calls week after week hearing from their rude staff different delivery dates.
6. OF COURSE NO PRODUCT EVER ARRIVEs
Total waste of time and hassle.
(Got money back 10 days after cancelling the order after 2 months of wait and after calling the credit card company).
I am weighing my options on legal options against this company.
