Do Not Purchase Products From. Worst Support Ever. Very Poor tech support, No English, Bad advice

Do not purchase products from this company.
I purchased a security camera system with DVR setup. Had a few problems with the system and called Tech support several times. They want you to leave a message and promise to call back. Did this several times. Still waiting after a week. They don't speak English and are very inept at product knowledge
