Scam, Do not use company, no contact

I volunteer for a non-profit orgainzation. I thought that using this type of service would be an easy way to generate revenue for the organization.

I had a phone that I was no longer using, and I sent it in as a test. Boy Im glad I didnt send any other phones.

I submitted the order on 3/16/08 and mailed the phone. I recieved an e-mail on 3/20/08 that the item had been recieved. And that is the last that I have heard from them.

The website Contact Us section is only an e-mail address that I have sent many requests to for an update. Yet no response. I have attempted to locate a phone number for them, but any number I do find is disconnected and the only mailing address is the one listed to mail the item to. Which again yielded no answers.

I wish I had seen this site prior to doing business with them, I would have stayed away and dealt with another company.

Please do not to business with this company or their other site, trademyphone.com. Ripoff!
