W2600 LCD TV power supply failure, warranty dated 2005

They new that they were selling a defective product from the first day, this TV W2600 26inch high definition TV, LCD. It has and had a power supply issue and they never made a recall on the TV. I am livid since I purchased mine at a retail store that had it on there warehouse and just sold it to me less than nine months ago. I paid top dollar for this and now it is dead. I am told it is out of warrantee and that the warantee was submitted in 2005... How, I am the owner this is ubsured.

I know from every Place and forum that this is open wide enough for a class action law suit, I am truly in need of my machine and can not use my pc now, unless I buy a new monitor, I am partially blind and a regular monitor will not serfice for me. I waited for years to buy this and saved my social security income to pay for it to only call them when I have this issue and they tell me to make my own repairs. And give me a third party web site to go to that sells parts and pieces.
