After waiting 10 days for my order I found out the order wasn't even placed yet

I placed an order for a Garmin 660 on 5.9.08. I had to go through a sales presentation that I need to buy the memory card. I said, no, the unit is self contained and I do not need one. He tried to convince me, but to no avail. The order was completed and after 10 days of waiting, I still don't have it. I called them to day and waited over 22 minutes before someone picked up.

When I needed to confirm my order, they picked the phone up immediately, but today over 22 minutes.
I canceled the order and received a confirmation email to such. What is interesting is that after 10 days, the order was not completed?

I caution everyone about this establishment, they pull out all the sales tactics they can.
