$100 rebate fraud. After completing the lengthy programs and distributing the "unique" UPC barcode tag, they deliver a contact showing it's refused since the bar-code wasn't delivered in. Store NBC isn't any aid. Their backup of the certification submittal displays the bar-code but there's no telephone number where you can contact. Their form-letter provides you with directions for resubmitting software using the "unique" bar-code but obviously, you will no longer contain it.
