Refuse to pay techs, charge DTV customers $100.00 for HDMI cables that come with their equipment, and other "custom" charges where the brunt of collecting these monies is left on the installer

Very unethical company, stays in a constant state of having to hire new techs because he refuses to pay in a reasonable amount of time. (for example with gas prices as they are, as a tech you are expected to continue to operate "without" a paycheck, because because he claims he has not been paid by the retailer yet. (for example i have been paid for 2 jobs out of 22 total in a period of over of nearly six weeks.

However this is the kicker, because he is an independent contractor, he imposes outrageous fees for anything outside of a standard roof install that uses existing cable in the customers home, one of the most unbelievably sleazy things he does and expects his techs to do, all in the name of "making money" is to take out the HDMI cables (used for HD tv connections), out of sight of the customer and then have the unmitigated gall to sell them back to the customer, which came with his/her equipment (and was mailed to the customer by DTV) at an outrageous price of one hundred dollars!!
