Contractor Paid Techs Six Weeks Late, Sold Customers' HDMI Cables

This is a very unethical company. It stays in a constant state of having to hire new techs because he refuses to pay in a reasonable amount of time. For example, with gas prices as they are, a tech is expected to keep operating without a paycheck, because he claims he has not been paid by the retailer yet. I have been paid for 2 jobs out of 22 total over a period of nearly six weeks.

However, this is the kicker. Because he is an independent contractor, he imposes outrageous fees for anything outside of a standard roof install that uses existing cable in the customer's home. One of the sleaziest things he does, and expects his techs to do, all in the name of "making money," is to take out the HDMI cables (used for HD TV connections) out of sight of the customer and then sell them back to the customer for an outrageous one hundred dollars. The cables came with the customer's equipment and were mailed to the customer by DTV.
