Total Scam - Do Not Send Phones

I sent a fully operational cell phone in like new condition to this company per their on-line instructions in a protected container. Several weeks later I recieved an e-mail stating the phone had been "disqualified" with no explanation. I sent an e-mail asking for an explanation and the e-mail response was that the hinge was broken - which was a load and absolutely not true. I beleive this is a Scam to get your cell phone and then come up with a reason not to send you the promised money. I would never use ever again.
