Eternal rebate problem

Submitted Two rebate forms: one for $20 and one for $50. The $20 check was received by a neighbor (wrong apt. No) I have called about the $50 one. Was told to resubmit the paperwork.By fax and mailand wait 4 weeks for the check to be reissued (city of Industries). Nothing happenned. Called again and told they have problems with rebate processors and asked to resubmit again to another location (Altamonte, calif). Nothing received.

Called again and told the same story several times. Still waiting. Reported to action line -miami herald. They managed to get the rebate for another customer by contacting the chief financial officer. Unfortunately they did not do it for me.
