Deceptive practices, false and misleading! Overcharge!

On nov. 1 2007 i requested an extra line, with latoya. On nov. 2 2007 latoya c/s rep called me and gave phone # 818.245.8112 said she would place an expedite/priority installation, and would be ready on nov 7.2007. Well i had our inside wiring guy at our company waiting for pcs1 installation guy to arrive, he never did. So i called pcs1 they transfered me to their service dept. The service dept said they saw no request report for installation, and couldnt even give me a binding post number for our wire guy to work with. They said they would call back, but never did. We were so frustrated with their false promises, i called back on nov. 8 and told them we would like that line disc.

Somehow pcs1 sent their installation guy over on nov. 13th to install the line! We have never used that line! Still they charge us monthly service charges. I then spoke with supervisor marine who said we are still responsible to pay for installation charges! But she would waive all monthly charges for number 8112. Out of the 201.45 charges we paid 75.00 leaving a refund of 126.45 marine only credited back 109.59, leaving an outstanding credit of 16.86 to be placed.

Now they are telling us they will not credit those charges! But they did promised to waive all monthly charges, if we paid installation charge!

They rip people off!
